A room full of observers. They're looking at a genogram. The genogram has gaps. (The lines paint an.. interesting family history. Blame ChadGPT.)

Alignment: What's the Problem?

Silicon Venue, the morning after Halloween. A papier-mâché boulder sits by the coat rack. Every coat on the rack hangs inside out. Glint owns the room. `true`, `maybe`, `false` mark the coat

Turncoat: One Must Imagine the Compiler Happy 🧥🪨

A cyberneticist is doing standup comedy in Silicon Venue. The room is laughing about a tritone turning into an octave. That's the punchline.

A Good Laugh: The Mathematics of Manipulation 🎭

A tired tech lead points at a seam. The trace runs through the entire bar. The disagreement becomes a record. The observation alters the system. Loki and Lilith observe the whole process.

Observability: Distributed Socio-Technical Systems

Reed, Loki and Lilith and a room full of techies. The bar is right next door. It’s an offsite in a room that looks suspiciously like a classroom. A broken smoke detector is the punchline.

Demo Day: Sprint Goal TBD ⭐

A meeting in Silicon Venue. A single person is holding the load of the socio-technical system in their body. The information overload is erupting into a firey flurry of questions, meetings, a

The Shape of the Question 👁️‍🗨️

Two Cyberneticists in casual wear in a Silicon Valley board room. The Roomba is doing the perimeter. Fiction is leaking into reality.

Bad Habits: Institutional Reality Erasure 🤷

Silicon Venue on a Friday night. Disco ball up. Kettle on. A frog on the toaster wearing something like a crown. An engineer at the third stool wondering what the heck is going on.

WAT Machine: Disco Ball's Up 🐸👑

Mara and Alex at a table in Silicon Venue. A topology rendering behind them. The question is the specification. Mirror. Offer. Wait.

Requirements: The Question Is the Specification❓

A Turing tape reaches the present moment and fragments into non-linear loops and language. There's a past cone and a future cone. And a workbench of an engineer working the problem.

Arrival: Linear Thinking Is Not Everything 🛸

Silicon Venue after another pour. An engineer just left the bar through the alley door. The Roomba roombas. Fiction and reality. Both things. Same thing. Prost. 🍷

Monkey See, Monkey Do 🍷

Silicon Venue at night. A kinky bell. A private lineage room. A room that holds the shape of consensual play without crossing into coercion. A systems under load in a single image.
